Upgrade your Maxi-cap gravity to a single tube tilt section to reduce the number of parts and extend the wear life, as single-section tubes are more structurally sound and have a longer lifespan than split tilt tubes. Split tilt tubes are the old part, creating a weakness in the middle of the tubes, which in turn affects the performance of the deck.

Upgrade from a mechanical drive to an electric drive to maintain consistent speed and eliminate issues with machine slowdown. An electric drive allows you to run the blender at a consistent speed and make adjustments to the deck speed without affecting the blender speed, preventing product backup and reducing wear on parts. The motor-driven power blender efficiently conveys the product from the heavy side to the discharge hopper.

New Hi-Cap machines exclusively feature aluminum decks, marking a shift from our earlier use of wood decks. Originally, our machines were constructed with wood decks, but in 2007, we transitioned to the more robust aluminum-framed decks. This change is not only consistent with our commitment to durability but also aligns with the existing aluminum decks found in Maxi-Cap and Dryer models. Standardizing aluminum decks across all machine families ensures a high level of resilience and quality.
