What you’ll need: Be prepared:
  1. Test Microsoft Ahead of Time

The training will be hosted on Microsoft Teams. You do not need an account to join — just click the link via the web browser of the Teams app.

If you are new to Teams or haven’t used it recently, we recommend testing it ahead of time on the device you’ll be using for the training. Below are a few resources you can utilize to help familiarize yourself with Microsoft Teams:

  1. Join Early

Teams allows you to log in 15 minutes before the start time. We encourage you to utilize this time to avoid last-minute technical issues.

  1. Meeting Etiquette
  • Turn on your camera, if possible. It helps keep the session interactive and puts a face to your name.
  • Keep your microphone muted when not speaking to reduce background noise.
  • Test the chat feature before we begin. We will be using it for group interaction and questions.
