We appreciate your continued support and interest in Oliver products.
Transparency with our valued customers has always been a cornerstone of Oliver’s philosophy, and even in instances where we have no influence, we strive to ensure that everyone with a stake in our products and services has a clear picture of anything that can impact our ability to deliver on our obligations in a timely manner.
In the spirit of that honesty, orders for our products increased considerably during the past year, as companies across all industries have dealt with unprecedented challenges to both manpower and supply chain concerns. Oliver Manufacturing is no exception.
While our staff is healthy, robust, and working diligently (for which we are eternally grateful), the one issue we cannot control is the major delays present in our supply chain of the raw materials we need to fulfill the influx or orders.
This may impact our ability to deliver on some orders.
