To keep your deck performing at its best, follow these steps based on how dirty it is:
*Before cleaning, ensure deck is clear of product.

If the dirt level is 1 (Light dust and few particles):

•Keep the machine running at a low speed. Both fans & eccentrics.

•Use an air compressor in a gentle, waving motion across the entire deck to clear dust and particles. This helps maintain efficiency and prevent unnecessary downtime.

If the dirt level is 2 (Dust and large accumulation on overcover):

•Reduce the machine speed & fans to prevent unnecessary wear while cleaning.

•Use a vacuum or hand brush to clear product off machine.

•Then use an air compressor to thoroughly clean the overcover, focusing on areas where visible product has accumulated.

If the dirt level is 3 (Potential blockages in areas of the deck; restricted airflow in spots):

•Turn off the machine and remove the deck.

•Remove areas of build-up or debris with both an air compressor and a soft brush to manually dislodge blockages.

•Note: This is a perfect time to also clean out the undercarriage.

If the dirt level is 4 (Majority of the deck is blocked, poor separation):

•Turn off the machine and remove the deck.

•Gently remove large clumps of build up with a brush.

•Using a hose, gently spray off debris. Once dry give it a once over with an air compressor.
